Precision Nutrition Services

All of our athletes receive personalized nutrition services and analysis reports, created using Precision Nutrition's professional calculators, tailored to their dietary preferences. 

For those needing something more, we can provide additional professional help in the form of Individual Nutrition Coaching. Available as a stand-alone or included as part of our Gold training package.  

Price 75.00 per month

We use Precision Nutrition’s Program that’s based on: 

• A hopeful, empowering vision of people’s potential for change 
• The most current scientific knowledge about health, fitness, nutrition, and behavior 
• A strategic set of habits, with underlying skills and progressive, practical actions adopted by numerous Precision Nutrition clients with real lives to help them realize that potential and change their relationship with health and food. 
• Uses ProCoach a web-based communication tool, available for iPhones and Androids.

Precision Nutrition offers a system of skills that we can all master, enabling us to take control of our diet and relationship with food. PN believes that practice and consistency are the keys to a healthy lifestyle, and they have a set of skills and underlying practices that you can use to change our relationship with food for the better.
