Precision Nutrition Services

All of our athletes automatically get personalized nutrition services and analysis reports created with Precision Nutrition's Professional Calculators based on their dietary preferences. 

For those needing something more we can provide additional professional help in the form of Individual Nutrition Coaching.  Available as a stand-alone or included as part of our Gold training package.  

Price 75.00 per month

We use Precision Nutrition’s Program that’s based on: 

• A hopeful, empowering vision of people’s potential for change 
• The most current scientific knowledge about health, fitness, nutrition, and behavior 
• A strategic set of habits, with underlying skills and progressive, practical actions adopted by numerous Precision Nutrition clients with real lives to help them realize that potential and change their relationship with health and food. 
• Uses ProCoach a web-based communication tool, available for iPhones and Androids.

Precision Nutrition has a system of skills that we can all master if we really want to be in control of our diet and relationship with food.  PN believes that practice and consistency are the keys to a healthy lifestyle and they have a set of skills and underlying practices that you can use to change our relationship with food for the better.  We discussed this in more detail in this blog post
